You have 30 days to return an unused product without giving a reason. File the request in your account, under “Returns & complaints”.
How to return
- Sign in, pick the order and the items you want to return.
- We email a return label and posting instructions.
- Refunds are issued within 14 days of the parcel arriving.
Complaints
If a product is faulty, file a complaint the same way and describe the issue. We reply within 14 days.
